How Liftime started

Michael founded Liftime in 2017 after years of working garage doors across Ottawa for other companies. He kept hearing the same thing from customers: the work was fine, but the experience wasn't — bad communication, mystery pricing, technicians upselling repairs that didn't need to happen. He started Liftime to fix all three.
