Northland is a Canadian-made residential garage door line built for Ottawa's extreme climate. Two insulation grades — R12 and R18 — across 7 panel styles, 12 colour options, and a full range of decorative window inserts. Arctic-grade seals, dual-seal joints, and double-fin weatherstrip keep cold air out. Installed by Liftime Ottawa across Ottawa and surrounding areas. Lead time: approximately 2–4 weeks.

Two models. Both include continuous polyurethane insulation, galvanized steel construction, arctic-grade bottom seal, and your choice of panel style, colour, and windows.
Standard Insulated
1 3/8" continuous polyurethane insulation. All 7 panel styles available. 10 standard colours plus 2 woodtone finishes. Suitable for most Ottawa residential garage openings.

Premium Insulated
2" continuous polyurethane insulation — same thickness as TOHO's standard line. Built for Ottawa winters. All 7 panel styles. Same colour and window options as R12.

Ten standard colours and two woodtone options. Baked-on polyester paint finish for long-term durability. Woodtone finishes are only available in woodgrain embossing.

Northland R12 and R18 doors are available with decorative window inserts in Ranch style (42"×14") and Colonial style (19.5"×14"), with multiple insert patterns and glass options including Clear, Satin, and Obscure.
