What insulation do TOHO doors use?

TOHO doors use 2-inch polyurethane foam with an HFO-based blowing agent — more environmentally friendly and better insulating than older HCFC-based foams used in previous-generation doors. TOHO residential doors achieve approximately R16 with the 2" polyurethane fill. Contact us for full technical specs.

How long does a TOHO door take to arrive?

Approximately 1 week from order to installation in Ottawa. Because TOHO is manufactured in Richmond Hill, Ontario, lead times are much shorter than imported doors — parts are also readily available if anything ever needs service.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes — TOHO makes both standard and non-standard sizes. Every model listed is fully customizable. Contact us with your opening measurements and we'll get you a custom quote.
